ALL sales on original artwork are absolutely final. In the regard of serious damage caused during shipping, you should file a claim with USPS.
You can contact us via email (email@example.com) and let us know how your product arrived damaged. Please attach photos of the damaged package and item to the email. With that information in hand we can better assess how to proceed with your order (please note ALL original artwork cannot be replaced and will instead be dealt with through USPS insurance). We unfortunately cannot refund shipping charges, but thank you for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience.Lost in Transit
We unfortunately take no responsibility for items lost in the post. It is for this reason tracking numbers along with insurance provided for all shipments from our store.
For packages that are not retrieved from your post office within 14 days and are returned to sender, we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover the return shipping and packaging costs.
We are not responsible for customs duties/fees.
